Then join us! For our Berlin office, we’re looking for a Working Student Project Management (d/f/m) for up to 20 hours per week, to start immediately—someone who’s eager to help shape digital and creative projects and get them off the ground together with the team.

Whether it’s social media, film production, influencer campaigns, or content production—with us, you’ll gain insight into a wide variety of project formats and work directly with major brands, creative minds, and exciting clients.

Account Director (m/w/d), Berlin

Yes? Then you should bring:

  • Currently doing a bachelors / masters degree in business administration, communication, media or similar

  • Ideally initial exposure to project management at an agency—e.g., through internships or part-time student jobs

  • You are proficient with using MS office programs like Word, Powerpoint and Excel

  • A solid basic understanding of numbers and the relationship between effort, costs, and project success

  • You work in a structured manner, maintain a clear overview, and contribute proactively to the team

  • An interest in digital topics and creative processes

  • You’re eager to learn and help shape projects

  • You live in Berlin, speak German fluently, and have a business-level command of English.

  • And: You’re curious, open-minded, have a good sense of humor, and enjoy working well with others
