For each job, we build interdisciplinary teams with our experts in fields such as project management, strategy, creation, media planning and influencer management and implement varied and innovative projects for our clients. Whether from home or from the office - we are convinced that our work is possible from anywhere. That's why we support mobile and flexible work. But we also see our offices at Hamburger Schanze and Berlin Kreuzberg as important places for interpersonal exchange and creative work.

In our rapidly developing industry, it is important to always be up to date. That's why all colleagues at la red receive annual further training to promote their individual skills and potential, in addition to business training such as language courses and presentation training.

We also bring knowledge into the agency: with our internal training format, we regularly invite experts to give lectures and exchange ideas with each other.

We know that the experience of a sabbatical is important for the development of our colleagues and that a free mind has a positive influence on the agency's daily work. That's why we offer everyone at la red the opportunity for a 1 to 3-month sabbatical by individual agreement.

Team spirit, as well as equal and respectful interaction with each other, are important factors for our success. That's why we live a culture that strengthens interpersonal cooperation. How do we achieve this? Through internal exchange and feedback formats as well as regular agency events that work offline as well as digital channels.

We are 80 colleagues from six different nations an 8 fluffy four-legged friends. We are consultants, strategists and communication experts, but above all people with individual experiences and backgrounds that flow into our work just as much as our professional know-how.
