Hamburg is looking for |  Working Student Influencer Management (d/w/m)

We are currently seeking a working student (d/f/m) for our Influencer & Creator Team in Hamburg to work up to 16 hours per week in the field of Influencer & Creator Management, to assist us with the day-to-day management of exciting brands and talents.

Do you enjoy spending time on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms—but even more so behind the scenes? Do you love discovering new creators, enjoy doing research, have a good sense for target audiences, and know how to find the right words when interacting with influencers? Do you want to contribute ideas, help organize—and above all, help shape the future? Then you’ve come to the right place!

Yes? Then you should bring

  • You’re a great communicator, organized, and able to keep a clear head even when things get hectic.

  • You’re interested in influencer marketing, creator culture, and social media trends—and you might even be a content creator yourself.

  • You’re comfortable using tools like PowerPoint or Canva—and enjoy presenting cases both visually and in terms of content.

  • You’re eager to communicate with creators and influencers, create briefings, and help shape campaigns from the ground up.

  • You’re curious about data-driven analysis and assist with reporting and database maintenance.

  • You have a keen eye for emerging talent—especially on TikTok—and enjoy actively sharing your recommendations with the team.

  • You are organized, work independently, and take responsibility for your tasks.

  • You live in Berlin, speak German fluently, and have a business-level command of English

  • You are communicative and enjoy your work.
