Hamburg is looking for |  Videographer (d/f/m)

We are looking for a videographer (d/f/m) specializing in art direction and design for our Hamburg-based social media team. For clients such as Rotkäppchen, Astra, FRoSTA, and Harry Brot, you will confidently manage productions from concept to finished asset, while also creating layouts and adaptations in Photoshop.

Your tasks:

  • Top-notch art direction and execution of photo and video productions, including image composition, lighting, styling, set design, and set construction.

  • Conceptual “social-first” brainstorming with your creative team.

  • Editing and post-production of social video content, from raw footage to platform-optimized, publication-ready assets.

  • Hands-on design of layouts, headlines, and adaptations, as well as fast and clean execution in Photoshop and other common design tools.

  • Independent organization and management of productions, forward-thinking planning, and development of pragmatic creative solutions.

  • Quality assurance of your own work with a keen eye for detail.

  • Confident collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary teams: clearly articulating creative decisions, evaluating feedback, and confidently overseeing productions.

Your profile:

  • You currently hold an experienced mid-level to senior-level position in art direction, videography, or social content production, and stand out for your creative and design excellence, proven ability to work independently, and production expertise.

  • You have a keen eye for visual design and a solid sense of composition, typography, color, lighting, styling, and set design.

  • You independently produce social media content—both photographic and video—and understand platform-specific visual language, formats, hooks, and content mechanics.

  • You’re proficient in Photoshop and common creative tools, and can quickly and neatly implement layouts, headlines, and adaptations on your own.

  • Your approach to work is structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented. Even in a production environment, you keep an eye on details and actively improve the creative outcome rather than simply checking off tasks.

  • You have experience with food and lifestyle photography, AI-powered creative workflows, and/or motion design.

What we offer:

  • 28 days vacation – plus special leave for special occasions

  • Hybrid Work – Flexible Remote working options

  • Work & Social Spaces – offices for creative work or private projects

  • Workation – mobile working from other EU countries possible (30 calendar days)

  • OpenUp membership – for mindfulness & mental health

  • Team Events – regular team evenings, social events & agency celebrations
