Hamburg is looking for |  Senior Accountant (d/f/m) – Parental Leave Replacement (18 months)

• You will lead and support the Finance Team in their day-to-day operations  

• You will work closely with our CFO and serve as a strategic advisor to the management team  

• You will keep track of figures, deadlines, and interrelationships—from OPOS to the annual financial statements prepared in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)  

• You bring structure to complex issues and actively drive planning and closing processes forward  You are responsible for accounting and continuously refine our processes

• A completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification Several years of solid professional experience in accounting  

• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work  

• Excellent proficiency in DATEV and Excel, as well as in-depth knowledge of German tax law  

• Experience working with project management software (e.g., agency management systems)  

• Team spirit, openness, and a desire to drive things forward  

• Experience in a dynamic agency or project environment is a plus  

• Initial leadership experience is advantageous
