Your tasks:

• Development, deployment, and refinement of our internal web tools and AI applications.

• Rapid prototyping of new solutions based directly on pain points in strategy, creation, and project management.

• Integration of AI models and external interfaces, such as social media APIs, into existing tools.

• Operating, debugging, and maintaining live applications in the cloud.

• Demos and hands-on sessions where creative professionals can try out new tools directly within their projects.

• Helping to decide which tools the agency needs next.

Your profile:

• You build web applications and deploy them. The framework is secondary, because you understand architecture, databases, and cloud deployment, and you quickly get up to speed with new technologies.

• AI-powered development is part of your everyday workflow. You work with Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools and orchestrate agents instead of writing every line of code yourself.

• You’re constantly tinkering with your own projects, simply because it’s fun.

• You’d rather ship something unfinished today than something perfect next quarter, and you stick with it until it works.

• You bridge the gap between tech and creativity and explain complex concepts in a way that gets people excited about them.

• You’re based in Hamburg, speak German at a native level, and are business-fluent in English.
