- You already have several years of relevant experience gained in a creative and/or digital agency 
- You manage employees and independently take on the management of projects and the support of our customers 
- You are interested in current trends, have brand experience, and are at home in the digital world 
- You are open to working on brand models and developing guiding principles, but also ready to implement them in a concrete campaign architecture and the corresponding ecosystems 
- You are a strong presenter and therefore a valued contact for your colleagues and on the client side 
- You enjoy working closely with the creative and media teams and have a strong affinity for generating creative ideas 
- You have experience with Best for Planning or comparable planning tools 
- You are a team player, open to discussion, flexible, and committed 
- You are fluent in spoken and written German and have a good command of English 
- You have a sense of humor and enjoy your work
