Who we are looking for:
You have 8+ years of professional experience in designing and implementing social media content for brands and companies on all relevant platforms, ideally in a typical digital agency environment
You have already worked as a creative director in a social media agency or as a social media team lead on the media or corporate side. Your portfolio demonstrates your conceptual, linguistic, and visual expertise and also includes creative social first highlights
You always know what's trending in culture and social media, ideally because you are active on TikTok and Instagram yourself
You are strong in ideas and presentation
You are used to thinking strategically
You have high standards for ideas and implementation, but at the same time you ensure that content is produced with the necessary speed
You have a strong design understanding of content and know how to implement it in a visually contemporary and appealing way. You are skilled in the production and supervision of moving image content and, ideally, also in common professional graphics tools beyond Canva
You have already dealt with the creation of content using AI and, ideally, are already applying it in your daily practice
You have experience working with influencers and managing creators
You have expertise in content planning and therefore think primarily in terms of continuous editing rather than campaigns
You have a good knowledge of social media metrics and social media management
You are fluent in spoken and written German
You are a team player, open to discussion, flexible, and committed
You also see our customers as team partners and can provide them with advice and support
You have a sense of humor and enjoy your work
