You should bring the following:

  • You are already a Creative Director or have at least seven years of professional experience as a Senior Copywriter or Concept Developer with personnel responsibility.

  • Even after years in the industry, you are still passionate about your work and enjoy developing bold and contemporary ideas and campaigns that set new standards.

  • You are full of curiosity, at home in the digital world, have extensive knowledge of creative campaigns, social media channels, and innovative advertising, and understand what motivates people.

  • You have a sense of humor and a strong feel for language. You can also switch seamlessly between very different brand tones and always find the right words.

  • You are a strong conceptual thinker and develop campaign concepts, slogans, or online videos, as well as multichannel or cross-media campaigns for a wide variety of touchpoints and along the entire digital funnel. Nevertheless, you're not afraid to write copy for banners and paid social ads yourself when required.

  • You don't settle for the first idea; instead, you push yourself and your team until you have something truly new and surprising.

  • You possess significantly more AI expertise than most LinkedIn experts and coach your team on how to meaningfully integrate AI into their workflow, making work easier and freeing up more time for genuine creativity.

  • You have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of style, and impeccable spelling.

  • You are comfortable presenting and inspire with an authentic, clear, yet approachable manner.

  • You mentor and coach the creative members of your team and are a technically convincing contact person for the project clients you manage.

  • You lead people with empathy, commitment, and a positive attitude, while simultaneously guiding them clearly in the right direction.

  • Your portfolio encompasses a wide range of projects, such as digital campaigns, social media stunts, PR ideas, and social media initiatives. It also includes creatively outstanding examples and should reflect not only your work but also your personality and the direction you want to take your career.
