Who we are looking for:
You have 2 to 4 years of full-time professional experience in the conception and implementation of social media content for brands and companies on all currently relevant platforms, either as a social media manager:in a company or as a creative in a social media or digital agency
You always know what's trending in culture and social media, preferably because you are active on TikTok & Insta yourself
You think not only in social media campaigns, but above all in formats and quick real-time postings as part of always-on communication. This is demonstrated by the feeds of the brands you manage, which are part of your portfolio
You are strong in text, ideas and presentation
The headlines, captions and scripts you write are to the point and always provide really good entertainment in the feed
However, you not only have a strong understanding of content and language, but are also able to create a posting image or video yourself - especially with the help of platform-native editing tools such as CapCut
Additional plus: You also feel comfortable in front of the camera when it comes to implementing posting ideas, e.g. for TikTok, directly in a team
Your standards for ideas and implementation are high, while at the same time you create content with the necessary speed
You can prepare briefings for external creators in a structured and clearly formulated way
Great if you also already have knowledge of social media metrics
You are fluent in written and spoken German and are also fluent in English
You are a team player, open to discussion, flexible and committed
You have a sense of humour and enjoy your work
