You should bring the following:

• You have at least three years of professional experience.
• You are at home in the digital world and have a strong interest in creative, engaging social media campaigns and innovative advertising.
• You have already completed projects: for example, digital campaigns, content marketing projects, or social media initiatives.
• You deliver strong, contemporary looks and surprising layouts for well-known brands.
• You are full of ideas and want to not only implement them but also actively contribute to the further development of concepts and campaigns.
• You are proficient in the standard graphics programs of the Adobe Creative Suite, including strong skills in Premiere and/or After Effects.
• Motion design skills are a major plus.
• You have a quick grasp of new concepts, enjoy learning new things, and are eager to continuously improve your skills.
• You skillfully integrate AI tools (image and video) into your workflow.
• You are fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
• You are a team player, open to discussion, flexible, and dedicated.
• Humor and enjoyment of your work are important to you – as is a positive, relaxed work atmosphere.
