Hamburg is looking for |  AI Workflow Engineer (d/f/m)

We are looking for an AI Workflow Engineer (d/f/m) for our Hamburg office. Do you want to revolutionise the way an entire agency works? Are you passionate about developing scalable automation and AI-supported workflows that will take our efficiency and creativity to a whole new level? Would you like to design, prototype and operate intelligent agents that measurably reduce the workload on teams, ensure quality and enable completely new ideas?

Art Director (m/w/d), Hamburg

Yes? Then you should bring:

  • You have experience in software development, ideally also in the design and implementation of LLM applications

  • You are confident in using modern coding assistants (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) and understand the potential of AI agents

  • Agent frameworks (LangChain/LlamaIndex), prompt/context engineering and retrieval tuning (RAG) are not foreign concepts to you

  • You have initial experience in building backend architectures with frameworks (e.g. FastAPI, Flask) and integrating AI features into existing systems

  • You love learning new technologies and naturally use LLMs to quickly explore new topics and find creative solutions to technical challenges

  • You have gained initial experience with workflow tools such as n8n

Nice to have

  • You have already thought about optimising costs and latency and ideally have experience with vector databases (FAISS/Milvus/Pinecone)

  • You have an eye for clean architectures and understand the importance of robust evaluations for measuring model performance

  • You can quickly and pragmatically build internal tools and dashboards for your solutions using the basics of React or similar

  • You have knowledge of the use and implementation of cloud services (e.g. Azure) for the provision and scaling of AI solutions

What you can expect:

  • You are the driving force behind our internal efficiency, linking systems and creating smooth, automated workflows that make everyday work easier

  • You develop and implement solutions that enrich our processes with intelligent analyses and functions

  • You design and build complex AI agents that map our agency's core processes and help us become smarter and more innovative

  • You build intuitive interfaces and dashboards that enable our teams to easily control and use the AI solutions you have created

What we offer:

  • 28 days holiday – plus special leave for special occasions

  • Hybrid Work – up to 75 % remote work possible

  • Work & Social Spaces – offices for creative work or private projects

  • Workation – mobile working from other EU countries possible (30 calendar days)

Sounds like a good match?

Whether you are a working student, part-time or full-time, we are flexible and will find the right model for you. What matters is what you can do and what you want to achieve.

By the way: We also wait a while for real talent!
