In the World Cup quiz, Jogi Löw’s football knowledge could be personally tested. Through shaking the smartphone, fans could motivate on other cheering fans.

The perfect tool for the 12th Man: “Jogi’s Joker” – the NIVEA MEN World Cup app. The highlight feature included the function “Jogi’s calling” in which a fake call from Jogi could be simulated on demand. The app contained a football sound board, a World Cup quiz, and the “Fan Stand” function that lets you truly motivate the crowds with your smartphone.

During the World Cup season, the app was downloaded almost 40,000 times and opened 200,000 times – giving rise to an average time spent on the app of over five minutes per user. And what’s more? Fans on the app ultimately supported Germany to bring home the title, along with their fourth star.
