You should bring the following:
At least three years of experience as a copywriter (m/f/d), ideally with a focus on social media, digital media, or campaigns
Conceptual strength: You think in terms of social-first ideas, platform-specific stories, clear narratives, and formats that work
Social DNA: You have a solid grasp of platform mechanics, trends, tonalities, and attention hooks
Text excellence: You write strong headlines, scripts, hooks, captions, and copy that work immediately
Understanding of motion & visuals: You know the basics of modern 2D/3D animation and how text interacts with assets dramaturgically, visually, and temporally
Production insight: You can assess how an asset will be further developed in After Effects, Premiere, or Blender—bonus points if you have already accompanied such processes
Experience with social assets & digital campaigns: From 6-second thumbstoppers to narrative hero videos
Structure & process reliability: You work independently, are organized, and maintain an overview even with many small assets
AI expertise: Confident in prompting, copy optimization, content idea development, and AI-supported workflows
Team player qualities: Open, eager to discuss, communicative, constructive
Language skills: Fluent German and English
Mindset: Humor, ease, and enjoyment of collaborative creative work
